Synchroteam Logo.pngCustoms fields can be created for Customers, Sites, Equipments, Users and Job categories

Click on "Configuration" from any screen --> "Custom Fields"

Choose in which category you want to add a Custom Field

In this example we are going to add 2 Custom Fields to Customers

  1. Customer ID (Text)
  2. VIP (Yes /No)

1- Type the Custom Field name

2- Click "Add"

3- Custom Fields can be re-arranged using the Cross icon

We have now added 2 Custom Fields to the Customer view 

Custom Fields can be :

  • Imported and Exported
  • Inserted in a Report
  • Displayed on Mobile Devices
