Attachments can be of any file type as long as it is readable on a mobile device, max size 2 MB


Adding an Attachment to a Customer




Click on the 'Customers' tab on the top menu bar.




Select a Customer




Click on "Add" 




Click on "Upload"




Choose a File and click on "Add"




Attachments are listed here 




Attachments can be added to Jobs






To add an Attachment to the Shared Repository


Choose configuration --> Attachments




Click on "Add"




Select File, rename it (if necessary) and click 'Save'




Shared Attachments can be associated with Customers and Jobs.
