Synchroteam Logo.pngThree different types of users are available in Synchroteam:


Administrator is the highest level in Synchroteam he holds complete right to the system. An administrator can perform all functionalities from setup account to user management plus Manager rights. 


​Managers are in charge of every day operations such as assigning a job, adding clients, sites, equipments.


Field Workers are in charge of completing Jobs created for them.

  • They receive jobs on their mobile devices
  • They start and finish Jobs and complete Job sheets
  • They are also able to create, decline, reschedule Jobs (if permitted by the administrator)
