Synchroteam Logo.pngAn Issue can be added by the technician to any item of the Job Report. If an Issue is created, the manager is immediately notified for action. With a single click s/he can duplicate the Job and schedule a new Job to resolve the Issue.



Step One:




A list of Jobs with issues is directly available from the Issues widget.



Step Two:




Select a Job.



Step Three:




Issues are displayed in the Job Report.



Step Four:




If a Job with an Issue is validated by the manager, the system will prompt him and suggest to created a new Job to resolve the Issue.
