If you have a team that needs to receive emails sent to a group, such as info@, you can use a Google Group to distribute email to the team members Gmail inboxes.
However, since those emails are also visible in the Google Group, you can use that Group as a team inbox. A feature of Google Groups for Business is the ability to set up this team inbox as a "collaborative inbox" - giving members the ability to:
Assign responsibility for a topic to a member of the group
Mark a topic as resolved
Edit the tags associated with a topic
Filter topics according to tag, resolution status, or assignee
Once members are using the Group as an inbox, Google Groups also gives you the ability to switch off individual mail delivery - so mail sent to the group doesn't hit individual inboxes.
