You can add a "Feedback Widget" on your website or inside your web applications, and allow your users to directly raise support tickets. The Feedback Widget will open your New Ticket Form in a popup lightbox. You can customize the colors and text of the Feedback widget and include the snippet on your websites.
Note: If you are hosting the Feedback Widget on an SSL encrypted page, please use the SSL widget code in the bottom of this page.
Quick guide to customizing and adding a feedback widget
Go to Admin-->Feedback Widget
Specify the text content that should appear in the widget tab
Choose a background color for the widget tab
Alternatively, you can also upload a custom background image. If you just want to use your custom image, consider leaving the previous Feedback text field blank.
Choose the widget position and offset
You can position the widget on the top, bottom, right or left of the screen, and offset it by a specific number of pixels
Once done, copy the generated code snippet and click Save
Paste the snippet anywhere between the <body> and </body> tag in your website or application
Remember to copy the snippet across all pages on your site
Using the Feedback Widget in SSL Encrypted Pages
If you are trying to use Freshdesk's Feedback Widget with SSL Encrypted pages, make sure to include the following line of code along with the widget embed code.
