Before you tell your customers about your shiny new help desk and support experience they can now expect from you, you probably want your support portal to reflect your brand and theme. You can customize your support and customer self-service portal in Freshdesk with your logo and color theme, brand your help desk with the name of your business, and even customize your Favicons.
Quick guide to rebranding your support portal:
Click on Admin -->Helpdesk Rebranding icon from the Admin page.
Type in the Name for your help desk or upload a logo image.
Configure the colors for the Header, the Navigation Bar and the Background.
Type in a custom URL for your help desk (more on this below)
Hit the Save changes button to finish.
